Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary: Bonnyville Bolt Supply is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to join their
team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, public facing environment,
and who is ready to take on responsibility in managing inventory, driving sales, and providing
excellent customer service. With training provided from the ground up, we are looking for
someone who is committed to developing their skills and contributing to the success of the
business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of industrial parts and bolts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Provide expert knowledge of our parts and bolts offerings to customers, ensuring the right products are selected for their needs
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and inventory area in compliance with company standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory, sales tracking, and customer orders
Qualifications:
- Class 5 driver's license required, with a driver's abstract to be provided
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales and inventory management role
- Clean and polished appearance
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or inventory management is a plus, but not required
