Ideal Carpets & Interiors Ltd is a full-service flooring, cabinet, paint and interior finishing retailer located in St. Paul, AB. We are looking for a Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. We are a friendly, family ran business seeking to expand our salesforce.

This position is Full-time Monday to Friday (may be subject to change), and is based out of St. Paul, Alberta. Preference will be given to candidates with minimum of 1 year customer experience and sales. 

Salary + Commission: $32,650.00-$98,717.05 per year. Company benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and help select products and colors for the client’s interior design projects
• Recommend products based on the client’s needs and budget
• Work closely with our Estimator and contractors to complete projects
• Communicate with clients regarding progress of projects, schedule changes, etc.
• Manage time on projects so you can focus on what we strive for – creating beautiful spaces that people love!

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Customer Service/Sales experience (preferred) 
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with little supervision while also being able to work with others as part of a team
• A passion for helping clients create a space they are comfortable in
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  
• Class 5 Drivers Licence with a clean abstract
