We are currently seeking a dedicated Division Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle project management, from bidding to completion, delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Drive business growth through strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Responsible for recruitment and selecting employees within the company.
- Foster collaboration across teams, managing direct reports and ensuring seamless communication.
- Develop work forecasts and manage job preparations.
- Ensure divisions are on track for meeting performance goals.
- Lead and manage the Abrasive Blasting and Coating Division, ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage project budgets, including lump sum and time and material scopes.
- Ensure compliance with safety objectives, partnering with the HSE team.
- Optimize asset management and develop strategies for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
- Mechanical Trades/Fabrication or Abrasive Blasting and Coating experience, is an asset.
- Excellent relationship-building and business development capabilities, with focus on growth.
