Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Prepare and review legal documents required for real estate closings.
- Follow lender instructions to process mortgage-related documents accurately.
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth closings.
- Use Unity conveyancing software to manage files efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Navigate Alberta’s Land Titles system to complete registration processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive, professional environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate conveyancing or real estate law is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with Unity conveyancing software and Alberta’s Land Titles system is helpful but not essential—we’ll train the right candidate.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions effectively.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
