Big Guns Energy Services is now hiring for an Experienced Wireline Operator/Driver who is motivated, safety-focused, and ready to grow within our team. This is a Full-time position is based in Bonnnyville, Ab.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and transport equipment to and from job sites
Assist with assembly and maintenance of tools and equipment
Conduct vehicle and equipment safety checks
Follow directions from supervisors and management
Rig in/out wireline units, both standalone and rig assist
Complete hazard assessments prior to work
Spot equipment safely on sites
Assemble and disassemble job-specific tools and equipment as required
Assist in the assembly of different perforating assemblies
Ensure safe operations on location
Clean, service, and maintain tools/equipment after job completion
Report incidents, accidents, and near misses—safety is everyone’s responsibility

The ideal candidate currently resides in Bonnyville/Cold Lake or is willing to relocate to the area. The shift for this role is 16 on/5 off.

Skills & Qualifications:

The Successful candidate must possess:

Valid Class 3Q driver’s license with clean abstract
Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well in a team environment
Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Mechanical aptitude and solid equipment maintenance knowledge
Flexible with scheduling, including long/irregular hours and 24-hour call availability
Willingness to learn, make continuous improvements, and grow within the company
Safety certifications: H2S, First Aid, and other oilfield safety tickets are an asset
Must be able to complete logbooks, 300-hour inspections, and driver vehicle inspection reports accurately
Background check required

Compensation:

This role includes an annual salary based on experience and competitive day rates.
