Key Responsibilities

Manage data entry, answer phones, filing, scanning, and essential paperwork.

Coordinate the tracking and booking of safety courses; maintain organized unit and employee files.

Support the new hire process, including orientations and ensuring training compliance meets both company and client standards.

Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.

High proficiency with computers is a must. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace is an asset.

Ability to pick up new systems and industry-specific regulations quickly.

Capable of maintaining accuracy while working in a high-energy, fast-paced office.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
