Swamper (Flushbys & Coil Tubing)
Location: St. Paul, AB
Xtreme Oilfield is looking for hardworking, safety-conscious Swampers to join our team in St. Paul. In this role, you’ll support operators in the safe and efficient operation of flushby units and coil tubing equipment. This position is suited for individuals who are comfortable working in demanding conditions, don’t mind getting their hands dirty, and take pride in a strong work ethic and a job well done.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with hazard assessments and site setup before work begins.

Assist operators with the setup, rigging, and teardown of Flushbys and Coil Tubing equipment.

Rig in/out hoses, high-pressure fittings, and specialized iron/tools.

Act as a spotter, assist with line handling, and monitor gauges during operations.

Support spill prevention/cleanup and follow all site safety procedures.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance/cleaning.

Assist with pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Requirements

Valid safety tickets (CSO, CSTS, First Aid, H2S Alive, etc.).

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.

Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather environments.

Comfortable working around high-pressure equipment, coil tubing units, and wellheads.

Previous oilfield, flushby, or coil tubing experience is considered an asset.
