Location: Bonnyville, Alberta
Timberwolf Environmental Services is currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their Bonnyville office. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in oilfield and trucking dispatch. This position plays a key role in daily operations and is considered a growth opportunity within the company.
This is a 7 on / 7 off rotation position.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day incoming calls and dispatch requests

Schedule, assign, and dispatch crews and equipment to job sites

Communicate effectively with field crews, clients, and management

Ensure all dispatch activities are logged and documented accurately

Monitor progress of active jobs and adjust schedules as necessary

Track and update job status using internal systems and reporting tools

Respond to after-hours calls during on-call rotation

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:

Previous dispatch experience in the oilfield and trucking industry is required

Knowledge of local geography and oilfield locations around Bonnyville and area

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with 24-hour on-call responsibilities during scheduled shift

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with dispatch software and basic computer applications
