Timberwolf Environmental Services is currently seeking reliable, experienced, and hardworking Small Equipment Operators who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward safety. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity and applicants must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 12-hour days when required.

Responsibilities:

Experience operating small equipment such as mini-excavators & skid steers

Performing regular maintenance, minor repairs and pre-trip inspections on equipment

Cleaning, lubricating, and refilling equipment daily

Safety and maintenance: Performing daily safety checks, maintaining the equipment in good working order, and ensuring safe operation to prevent harm or damage

Reading and interpreting plans: Understanding site plans, construction drawings, and grade stakes

Communication and coordination: Collaborating with construction crew members to safely perform work tasks
Qualifications:

H2S Alive, Standard First-Aid and Common Safety Orientation are required

5 years previous experience operating small duty equipment is an asset

Attention to detail: Ensuring precision in operating the machinery and following plans

Mechanical skills: Understanding how all equipment and its components work

Communication skills: Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors
