Timberwolf Environmental Services is currently seeking an experienced Weed Spraying Applicator to join their team. The position involves providing industrial herbicide control services across a variety of sites in the lakeland. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of herbicide application, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and train a small crew during field operations. This is a seasonal opportunity from May - October 31, offering 12-hour workdays, with the possibility of shift work based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct herbicide applications safely and effectively at industrial sites and rights-of-way

Interpret spray maps, plans, and work orders

Safely operate ATV/UTV. CSC certification is considered an asset

Maintain accurate spray records and compliance documentation

Perform daily inspections and maintenance of spray equipment

Ensure proper handling, mixing, and storage of chemicals

Lead and train crew members on safe and effective spraying practices
-
Oversee daily work activities and ensure completion according to project timelines and safety standards

Communicate regularly with supervisors and clients regarding job progress and site conditions
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of weed spraying experience (industrial or oilfield experience preferred)

Supervisory or crew lead experience is considered a strong asset

Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO) certifications are required

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with an acceptable 3-year Driver’s Abstract

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong understanding of safe chemical handling and application best practices
