About Us
On Track Contracting is a construction company based in St. Paul, Alberta. We install residential water and septic systems, driven pile foundations, and perform general excavation and dirtwork. In the winter we run commercial snow removal contracts and perform water system maintenance. We're a small operation and we hold ourselves to a high standard.
The Role
This is a multi-role position that demands a diverse skillset and a genuinely adaptable person. On any given day you could be behind the controls of an excavator, hauling materials in the gravel truck, troubleshooting a water treatment system, or working through a maintenance list in the shop. Priorities shift, timelines are tight, and problems don't wait for a convenient time. You need to stay level-headed when plans change and work through pressure without letting it affect your quality or your attitude.
