Cold Lake Lodge offers independent living to seniors and provides meals, housekeeping, laundry and recreation services to their residents.
We are currently hiring Casual Supervisors and Housekeeping Staff. Candidates have the opportunity to cover 8-hour daytime, evening, overnight awake, and weekend shifts.

- Reliable, hardworking team players who take pride in their work and show great attention to detail
- A kind, mature, and positive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and make calm, effective decisions in emergency situations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work well with seniors, guests, and fellow staff
- Supervisory experience or leadership potential to guide and support residents, guests, and team members
- Prior experience in cooking, food prep, facility cleaning, or general housekeeping (experience in similar roles is a strong asset)
