Operations Manager – Fleet & Logistics

Lakeland HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a Confidential Client for an experienced and safety-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small fleet of oilfield trucking units and heavy equipment in the heart of the Lakeland.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for logistics, scheduling, and coordination of field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to oilfield clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of truck fleet operations
• Ensure all logistics are carried out safely, on time, and within client requirements
• Lead and support field staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability
• Monitor fleet performance and implement process improvements where needed
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to operational needs
Qualifications:
• Previous management or supervisory experience in trucking, logistics, or oilfield services
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of oilfield operations and logistics best practices
• Valid oilfield safety tickets required: H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO/CSTS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
