Key Responsibilities:
- Work across various industrial plant sites assisting with piping installation, modifications, and maintenance.
- Work directly with experienced Journeypersons to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial piping systems.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes using various hand and power tools.
- Secure, move, and organize pipe sections, valves, fittings, and related equipment on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to plant-specific safety regulations and hazard assessments.
Requirements:
- Registered Apprentice Steamfitter-Pipefitter with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Valid safety certifications (CSO, First Aid, H2S Alive).
- Basic knowledge of pipefitting tools, materials, and industrial plant processes.
- Ready to learn, take direction, and adapt quickly to different plant environments.
