KUDO Energy Services in Bonnyville, Alberta is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is Part-Time Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (flexible hours) with the potential to transition into a full time position. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong bookkeeping skills and proven experience using QuickBooks.
As part of a small, dedicated team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and financial tasks including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, assisting with payroll entries, and supporting general office operations. You’ll also handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in energy services is an asset
