Job Description:
The Project Administrative Support role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the project functions within Lakeland HR Solutions. This position provides comprehensive administrative and project assistance, including document preparation, training material development, and coordination of project activities. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Format and prepare policies, procedures, and supporting documents to company standards
·Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
·Ensure deliverables meet branding, formatting, and quality requirements
·Develop and organize training materials using Microsoft Office, Canva, and TalentLMS
·Create presentations, guides, and visual learning tools
·Support setup and maintenance of online training modules
·Provide support to the Project Coordinator, including scheduling, follow-ups, and material preparation
·Assist with project tracking and data entry
·Generate reports using Excel, including pivot tables
·Create client and internal presentations and reports in Canva
·Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth workflows
·Contribute to a collaborative team environment
·Communicate professionally with staff and external stakeholders
·Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
·Maintain professional standards in all communications and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications:
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, including formatting, pivot tables, and data analysis
·Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting and document consistency
·Highly organized, with the ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency
·Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·Experience with Canva and TalentLMS (or similar learning management systems) is an asset
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·Works effectively both independently and within a team
·Committed to confidentiality and maintaining high professional standards
·Additional training or coursework in administrative support, bookkeeping, or office management is considered an asset
