Tri‑Town Dental is hiring a Sterilization Technician who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is for someone who likes clear standards, predictable routines, and being the person who keeps the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your core lane (sterilization + IPC)
Clinic flow support (keeps the day running)
● Instrument processing: clean, package, sterilize, store, and distribute
● Biological / chemical indicator routines and documentation
● Washer/sterilizer loading standards; cycle logs; routine maintenance checks
● Sharps and biomedical waste handling (per clinic policy)
● Maintain sterilization area organization, stock, and readiness
● Operatory set-up/take-down support as needed (based on schedule flow)
● Restocking trays/cassettes and keeping rooms “ready to go”
● Laundry/linen flow and supply readiness
● Basic supply pull lists and communication of low-stock items
● Help reduce end-of-day backlog through efficient turnaround

Requirements
● Sterilization/instrument processing experience in dental or medical setting is a strong asset (training provided for the right fit).
● Comfort with PPE, routine documentation, and sterile processing workflows.
● WHMIS familiarity is an asset (or willingness to complete).
● CPR/BLS is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
