ABOUT THE POSITION

Your work will include curriculum development, course planning, and ensuring everything aligns with our quality standards. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to make a real impact and contribute to an exceptional learning environment. Key responsibilities include:
· Deliver engaging, innovative courses, provide timely feedback, and support student recruitment, retention, and success.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest research, integrate best practices into teaching, and share new insights to maintain expertise.
· Collaborate on curriculum development, foster a team-oriented environment, and contribute to departmental and College goals.
· Assist in College and departmental planning, and support quality assurance and assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Doctoral degree in Education (PhD or EdD).
· A minimum of five years of related experience as an instructor.
· Knowledge of the kindergarten to grade 12 system in Alberta.
· Adult teaching/tutoring experience is considered an asset.
· Familiarity with Moodle or other Learning Management Software is a plus.
· Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
· Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
· Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and teaching needs.
· A current police information check will be required for the successful applicant.
