Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Collaborate with clients to develop creative promotional concepts and campaigns
- Provide input on product selection, branding ideas, and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executed effectively
- Handle client inquiries, proposals, and order management
- Step in to manage accounts and close deals when needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in promotional products, marketing, or related industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workplace
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience in business to business sales
- Background or interest in branding, design, or marketing creativity
- Ability to translate client ideas into tangible promotional solutions
- Awareness of trends in promotional merchandise and brand storytelling
- Interest in digital marketing
